The terms and conditions governing use of SABI University's platform and academic services

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the SABI University website or applying to any of our programs. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SABI University.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SABI University website and its associated services (collectively, "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, applicants, enrolled students, alumni, and any other individuals who interact with SABI University's digital presence or academic services.

2. About SABI University

SABI University is a private, research-focused institution of higher education, established in 2006 and operating as a member of the North Pacific Education Group, headquartered in British Columbia, Canada. The University offers advanced academic programs, specifically the Executive Doctor of Business Administration (EDBA) and the Postdoctoral Fellowship, designed exclusively for senior professionals and established scholars. SABI University is the holder of the AEQSB Comprehensive Compliance Badge, affirming its commitment to transparent and ethical AI integration across all institutional operations.

3. Eligibility and Admissions

Access to SABI University's academic programs is subject to a rigorous admissions process. Eligibility requirements include, but are not limited to: • For the Executive DBA: a recognized master's degree or equivalent, and substantial senior executive experience. • For the Postdoctoral Fellowship: a recognized doctoral degree and an established record of academic research. Submission of an application does not constitute enrollment. SABI University reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion. All information provided in an application must be accurate and complete. Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information will result in the immediate disqualification of the application and, if discovered after enrollment, termination of the academic relationship without refund.

4. Academic Integrity

SABI University upholds the highest standards of academic integrity. All enrolled students and fellows are expected to produce original, independent work. The following are strictly prohibited: • Plagiarism in any form, including the unattributed use of another's ideas, text, or data. • Fabrication or falsification of research data, citations, or academic records. • Unauthorized collaboration or use of AI-generated content submitted as original scholarly work. Violations of academic integrity may result in disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion and revocation of awarded credentials, at the University's sole discretion.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

All program fees are published on the admissions page and are subject to change. Fees must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule communicated upon acceptance. Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway. SABI University does not store payment card information. Refund eligibility is governed by the terms communicated at the time of enrollment. In general: • Withdrawal prior to the commencement of the academic program may be eligible for a partial refund. • Withdrawal after program commencement is subject to the University's withdrawal and refund policy, which will be detailed in the enrollment agreement. The application fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the SABI University website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, and institutional documents, is the exclusive property of SABI University or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this Platform without the prior written consent of SABI University. Scholarly work produced by enrolled students and fellows remains the intellectual property of its authors; however, SABI University retains the right to reference, cite, and promote such work for institutional purposes with appropriate attribution.

7. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not: • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems. • Use the Platform to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful or disruptive content. • Impersonate any person, institution, or entity. • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform without written permission. SABI University reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user who violates these Terms.

8. Credential Verification

SABI University provides an official credential verification service for alumni and authorized third parties. Verification requests must be submitted through the designated portal. SABI University will not confirm or deny enrollment status to unauthorized parties without the written consent of the individual concerned. Any attempt to fraudulently represent a SABI University credential will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SABI University shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its academic services. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SABI University makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Platform's content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

11. Modifications to Terms

SABI University reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students and recent applicants via email. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
