This three-day executive workshop provides leaders with the tools and frameworks to successfully drive digital transformation initiatives within their organizations. Executive Certificate in Salon Business Leadership
Awarded through VAE to owners, co-owners, founders, managing directors or enterprise-level general managers of beauty, hair, nail, eyelash or non-clinical skincare salons with at least five years of relevant experience and three years of ownership or senior executive responsibility, demonstrating business operations, finance, personnel, customer development, and at least three verifiable business achievements.
Executive Certificate in Spa and Wellness Enterprise Leadership
Awarded through VAE to owners, founders, managing directors or enterprise-level general managers of non-clinical spas, wellness centres, hotel spas and relaxation businesses. Applicants must demonstrate responsibility for operations, personnel, customer experience and commercial performance, along with evidence of responsible service design and at least three verifiable business achievements.
Executive Certificate in Multi-Site Salon Operations and Growth
Awarded through VAE to salon or spa owners and executives who have owned or managed at least two operating locations, or led a documented expansion, acquisition, licensing or franchise project. Applicants must demonstrate experience in multi-location operations, financial oversight, quality control, operating standards and expansion planning.
Executive Certificate in Salon Brand Growth and Client Experience
Awarded through VAE to salon owners and executives with direct responsibility for brand development, customer acquisition and customer experience. Applicants must demonstrate measurable achievements in brand creation or repositioning, customer acquisition and retention, digital marketing, customer-experience improvement, or commercial growth.
VAE for Executive Certificates
SABI University recognizes that profound knowledge is not generated exclusively within the classroom. Through the Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE), we honor the lifetime achievements of extraordinary global leaders by formally recognizing that many professionals already possess extensive expertise in the fields covered by our Executive Certificate programs. Highly accomplished professionals with transformative, measurable industry impact may apply to have their professional expertise formally evaluated and obtain the corresponding Executive Certificate without repeating knowledge they have already mastered.
The VAE is a formal academic pathway allowing senior professionals to obtain an official credential based entirely on the rigorous evaluation of their proven, documented professional experience—bypassing the need for traditional coursework, study, or examinations. The non-refundable application fee for each Executive Certificate VAE is CAD 1,500.
A Legally Recognized Framework
This pathway is firmly established by two pillars of French law:
Equal Academic Weight (Code de l'éducation, Art. L613-3): Mandates that degrees awarded through the VAE carry the exact same academic prestige and official validity as those earned through traditional study.
A Professional Right (Code du travail, Art. L6411-1): Protects the VAE as a universal professional right, empowering individuals to formally convert their direct industry mastery into an official academic credential.
