Admissions Process – Sabi University

Welcome to the Admissions page of Sabi University! We are committed to making the application process straightforward and accessible to students worldwide. Here you will find all the necessary information to guide you through the steps to apply for our programs, tuition fees, payment methods, and contact information.

Admissions Process

The admission process at Sabi University is designed to assess your qualifications and match you with the program that best fits your academic and professional goals. Follow these steps to apply:


1. Choose Your Program


Explore our wide range of programs including:


  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Doctor of Management (DM)
  • Executive Doctor of Business Administration (EDBA)
  • Postdoctoral Fellowship


Select the program that best aligns with your academic and career aspirations.


2. Submit Your Application


Complete the online application form available here. Along with the application form, please submit:


  • A current resume/CV
  • A statement of purpose explaining your motivation and goals
  • Academic transcripts from previous institutions
  • Research proposal (for research-based programs like EDBA and Postdoctoral Fellowship)
  • Proof of English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL, if applicable)


3. Pay the Application Fee


Pay the non-refundable application fee of USD 450 through one of the accepted payment methods listed below.


4. Admission Review


Once your application is complete, our Admissions Committee will review your credentials. This process may take up to 1-2 weeks. You will be notified of the outcome via email.


5. Confirm Enrollment


If accepted, you will receive an offer of admission along with an enrollment agreement. To secure your place in the program, you will need to:


  • Sign the enrollment agreement
  • Pay the registration fee of USD 900

Tuition Fees by Program

Below are the tuition fees for each of our programs:


Master of Business Administration (MBA)


  • Program Duration: 60 weeks (60 ECTS / 30 US credits)
  • Tuition Fee: EUR 20,000
  • Application Fee: EUR 450
  • Registration Fee: EUR 900


Doctor of Management (DM)


  • Program Duration: Two years (120 ECTS / 60 US credits)
  • Tuition Fee: EUR 23,000
  • Application Fee: EUR 450
  • Registration Fee: EUR 900


Executive Doctor of Business Administration (EDBA)


  • Program Duration: Competency-based (120 ECTS / 60 US credits)
  • Tuition Fee: EUR 32,000
  • Application Fee: EUR 450
  • Registration Fee: EUR 900


Postdoctoral Fellowship


  • Program Duration: One year
  • Tuition Fee: EUR 20,000
  • Application Fee: EUR 450
  • Registration Fee: EUR 900

Payment Methods

We offer flexible payment options to help you manage your tuition fees. You can pay via:


  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express - add 5% Processing Fee
  • Bank Transfers: Wire transfers directly to Parsa Holdings Corp. bank account.
  • Online Payment Gateways: You can pay via online payment systems through our secure portal.


For students who need more flexibility, we offer payment plans for tuition, allowing payments in installments. Please note that a small interest fee may apply for installment payments. Contact the Admissions Office for more details.


Important Notes


  • Refund Policy: Application and registration fees are non-refundable. For tuition refund policies, please consult our Terms and Conditions or speak with our Admissions Office.
  • Financial Aid: Federal student aid or national funding programs from countries like the USA may not apply to our programs. However, we encourage you to explore other local or private funding options available for international studies.
