SABI University welcomes applications for postgraduate business study, professional doctoral research and postdoctoral research development. Admissions considers your academic background, professional responsibilities, evidence and readiness for the selected programme. Research admission also depends on a feasible topic and suitable supervision.

Main entry requirements
A recognized bachelor’s degree or verified equivalent; normally two years of relevant experience

60 ECTS / 30 US credits; seven core courses, one elective and a capstone; 12 months intensive or 24 months part time

Degree certificates and transcripts must be authentic and verifiable. Admissions assesses international equivalents and may request clarification, an interview or further preparation.
The MBA’s normal academic benchmark is an undergraduate GPA of 2.5 on a four-point scale or equivalent. The DM’s normal benchmark is a master’s GPA of 3.0 or equivalent. English readiness may be demonstrated through prior English-medium study or an accepted assessment. Normal IELTS Academic benchmarks are 6.5 overall with no component below 6.0 for the MBA, and 7.0 overall with no component below 6.5 for the DM, or accepted equivalents. Research applicants must demonstrate the English proficiency needed for their submission and examination.
Choose Your Route
Standard study and research
Apply directly for the MBA, DM, EDBA or Postdoctoral Fellowship. Each has its own curriculum or research plan, assessment and completion requirements. An application is considered against the selected programme; experience or payment alone does not secure admission or an award.
Validation of Acquired Experience
The VAE Pathway assesses documented prior learning, professional achievements and appropriate existing research against the requirements of a selected qualification. It may require further written work, questions, assessment or examination.
The Executive Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA or EMBA) is available only through VAE. The taught master’s programme is the MBA. Use the exact award title when selecting a route. Other VAE qualifications and their individual prerequisites are listed on the VAE page.
VAE applications follow their own evidence and fee requirements. The standard CAD 500 application fee is not automatically added to a VAE quotation or processing fee.

VAE
The prerequisite qualifications, role and achievement evidence, portfolio and existing work required for the particular award; DM VAE applicants also need a course-by-course validation portfolio
Approved local supervision
The relevant degree and research documents plus a written recommendation from the appointed Local Faculty member
You are asked for the qualifications relevant to your route. An MBA applicant does not need a master’s or doctorate; a VAE applicant must meet the prerequisites of the particular VAE award selected.
Documents may be submitted in their original language. The application can assist with extraction and English summaries; Admissions may request a certified translation or further clarification when needed. Applicants remain responsible for the accuracy, authenticity and completeness of their information. Submit identity documents through the designated official process.
The Application Process
Select the programme and route
Review the entry requirements and evidence checklist. If your background spans several possible routes, contact Admissions with your CV and academic background for guidance before starting the formal application.
Submit the application and supporting documents
Complete the official interactive application, upload the required documents and confirm the accuracy declaration. Follow the fee instructions for the selected route. Standard direct applications require the CAD 500 non-refundable application fee. VAE and approved local-supervision applications follow their own written fee terms.
Admissions and academic review
Admissions checks completeness, verifies qualifications where needed, and considers academic readiness, relevant experience and programme fit. Research applications are also reviewed for topic feasibility and supervision. You may be asked for clarification, further documents or an academic interview.
Receive the written decision and terms
A successful applicant receives an offer identifying the award or fellowship, route, conditions, fees and approved timetable. Research offers also identify the proposal and supervision arrangements. Any conditions must be met before the relevant stage of registration or research begins.
Complete enrollment and begin the approved plan
Pay the tuition or fellowship fee when due under the offer and complete registration. MBA candidates begin the course sequence. DM candidates begin the taught and development block, or the approved VAE validation stage. EDBA and fellowship candidates complete the required proposal and research approvals before beginning the approved investigation.
Admission starts a programme or assessment process. Final conferral or fellowship completion depends on satisfying the academic requirements.

The applicable offer and enrollment agreement state the included teaching or supervision, assessment, examination, standard documents, payment dates and refund terms. Mandatory external examination for the doctorates is included in the applicable published programme fee. Any optional delivery, legalisation or extended-registration services are identified separately before a commitment is made.
VAE processing fees and refund terms are published on the VAE page or confirmed in the route-specific quotation. The DM VAE intake requires its own written fee confirmation. The inclusive local-route totals are stated above and are not increased by adding the standard application fee.
Assessment and the Use of AI
The interactive application may help organize information, extract document details, prepare summaries and identify missing or inconsistent information. Authorized Admissions and academic staff assess eligibility and make decisions.
Doctoral examination is directed and judged by human examiners. Technology may administer identity checks, recorded presentations and responses. It does not confer an award or replace academic judgment.
Award Documents and Verification
Successful degree candidates receive the approved degree certificate, an official academic record, a verifiable e-certificate and an alumni badge linked to the University’s verification system. Relevant records show the course or research components and credit decisions. VAE records identify validated learning and include the Record of Validation.
Successful fellows receive a non-degree fellowship completion certificate, a research record and digital verification. The fellowship is not an additional doctorate or an employment appointment.
Current awards are issued by SABI University under its French institutional arrangements. The offer and enrollment documents identify the legal awarding entity, country and programme status before you commit. Online verification confirms issuance by SABI; acceptance for employment, further study or other purposes is determined by the receiving organization or authority.
